Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel, Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro (arrived 6:10 p.m.) and members, William Devine, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick, John Tuttle and Susan Weintraub. Also present were Town Manager Jeffery O’Keefe, Public Utilities Administrator Vincent Susco, Building Official James Carey, Town Attorney Janet Brooks and Recording Secretary Cathy Sirois.
Chairperson Engel called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Goff, seconded by Mr. Tuttle, to enter Executive Session at 6:08 p.m. Mr. Minnick recused himself. Voted (5-0). Mr. Carey, Mr. Susco and Ms. Brooks were present in Executive Session. Mr. Cordeiro joined the meeting during Executive Session.
The Council exited Executive Session at 6:50 p.m.
The Special Meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
